Our piglet was in the mood for pancake this evening as her supper. Dada and her were in the kitchen measuring, mixing and cooking the hottest pancake of the season...lolz!

At the age of three, our piglet Angelina has been helping so much in the kitchen lately. I'm not sure if it's a great help or a total disaster...wink! Just kidding. She's a toddler and heavenly into everything around the house.

Dada let her helped in mixing the pancake. Just listening them while I was downstairs, seems like they were having so much fun. After a while, I heard our Angelina calling, "Mama, pancake is ready, come upstairs so we can eat."

Forgive me but I wasn't in the mood of pancake. I want my Filipino food. I found this frozen milkfish in our freezer. I thawed the creature in our sink and I baked then broil for 30 minutes.

I was having a great time with the fish plus the leftover vegetables from last night.

I came home yesterday, upon entering our back door I can smell something is cooking. I checked the oven and viola my husband was cooking a tray of meat loaf for our dinner. I went downstairs to find my family and they didn't even noticed or recognized that I was home already. They were too busy clicking the mouse playing the cake mania in our computer.

I did a peek-a-boo thingy and they both jumped out from their chair. Was it fun or not? Oh boy! Did I just get in trouble with my Hubby? He was mad at me for  doing it. He said, he almost got a heart attacked.

Oh well, it's payback time! He also surprises me with his unnoticed entry...lolz! We all had a laughed specially our girl, Angelina. "You really scared us, Mama and ruined our game,"  according to her.

As usual, need to sit down in front of our TV and watch my regular afternoon soap opera. What's the updates?

Eva Fonda - a new teleserye that started 2 weeks ago with main star Christine Reyes and love team Jason Abalos. The story is depicting about the hardship in life and just like any Filipino movie,  it's always dramatic, romantic, emotional  and you just have to shed in tears.

Pieta - it's getting more and more exciting. So far, I like this soap opera the most. Full of action, drama, emotions and  you can have this feeling of kamumuhian kita ( I hate you!). Ryan Agoncillo did a great job with his role as Rigor and so with Cherry Hill (hey! don't know the exact spelling of her name), as Rigor's Mom in the said soap opera.

Dyosa - a fantasy, drama and comedy, I guess. It's a different kind of soap opera according to Hubby and I do agree with him. It's a unique story in the land of the mortals and the immortals.  I just love the kakingkuyan (silliness) of the characters. Ann Curtis as "Dyosa" is so cute and pretty. She's so funny, emotional and sentimental and so with the rest of the characters. This is the soap opera that makes me laugh most of the time.

Pinoy Fear Factor - it's an okay reality show held in Argentina. All of the participants are vying to win the 2 million pesos price. In order to get the said price, they have to undergo a weird, exciting, scary and challenging obstacles. It's all about money! Kudos to the participants for being braved  enough to join the first Pinoy Fear Factor. If I can't watch this show, it's fine with me but with those three soap operas above? ...my day is not complete if I missed one episode. What's good about TFC, they have a replay in the evening. What a nice concept!

While watching my shows on TV yesterday, I did cook rice while Hubby's steaming some Broccoli and beans and at the same time baking his meat loaf in the oven.

By 5:00 PM, we had our simple meal: Rice, steamed broccoli and beans, meat loaf and apple juice for our drinks. What's for dessert? Nothing...but later at night, before going to bed...my Hubby and piglet got a scooped of snicker ice cream. They offered me one but  didn't feel like eating an ice cream.
