We all say, ” Merry Christmas and happy birthday Jesus!”
Freshed from our bed, off we went downstairs in our Pajamas except for Dada. He’s always in a birthsuit when sleeping so, he found a jean and a shirt to put on plus a hat to cover his whirlwind hair. He even forgot to put on his teeth.
At the age of 3 1/2 year old, our little girl had the fun of opening all our presents. You can just tell her amazement and excitement seeing all the gifts that she has to open.
We would like to say thank you to everyone who gave an Aguinaldo to our little girl. To name a few: Grandpa Bill, Uncle Bill, Ate Eva, Ate Mabel, Ate Lerio, Ate Gina, Ate Angie Ate Carolina, Ate Christine and Chet. Also, our heartfelt thank you to those who send us Christmas cards and Christmas wishes. Your friendship and encoraging words really matter to us. I’m just so blessed to have friends like you. Once again, a million thank you.
For lavish food celebration? We didn’t have one. The restaurant that my FIL was aiming for was closed on Christmas. We had cereal with banana for our lunch. We all enjoy eating our Christmas cereal then later we all played Angelina’s new wooden block toy.
For our dinner, Hubby cooked some Steaks, green beans and mashed potatoes.
By 5:48 PM, a friend called and was so happy to announced the birth of her new son on Christmas day. It’s very cool if you asked me! Supposedly here due date will be on January 24th. I guess the baby’s so excited to see the beautiful world on the very first time on Jesus big day.
Anyway, I called a friend and told her and off we went to visit the hospital. We stayed for a while and chitchatting her labor and delivery experienced. She did a great job. She just labored for three hours and no epidoral at all. I’m so happy for my friend and their brand new bundle of joy, Kyle Luis.
After the visitation hours had ended, we bade goodbye to the couple.
We ended up eating dinner for the second time in Angie’s abode. She cooked plenty of food from their family’s get together. After her family left, we ambushed her kitchen and had a great time lavishing all the yummy food.
What a memorable Christmas day I had with family and friends. Damang-dama ko ang diwa ng PASKO! ( I do feel the spirit of Christmas!)
Christmas Eve dinner!
